Cindy Ward
(1975-2005)
Memorial website in the memory of your loved one
This memorial website was created in the memory of our cherished, Cindy Gail Ward who was born in North Little Rock, AR on May 02, 1975 and passed away on February 18th, 2005 at her home in Fort Worth, TX. at the age of 29.

Cindy was very bright and intelligent.  She was absolutely gorgeous.  Her talents were amazing.  I remember sitting at Granny's house and listening to her play piano when we were younger.  She played so gracefully.  I looked up to her.  She always had an older spirit about her.  She was so easy to talk to and everyone admired her.  She was so well-mannered and polite.  She was a good friend to many.  No matter what was going on with her, she was always there to listen.  She was a perfectionist, in everything she did.

As most of you already knew, Cindy battled with the horrible eating disorder, Anorexia.  She called it her eating disorder demon.  She fought so long and hard, but she couldn't overcome it.  At least now, she doesn't have to fight any longer.  Now she doesn't have to deal with her issues and the pain and discomfort she had.  She is safe in Heaven watching over us.  Granny and Homer were there to welcome her with open arms.  Now she is playing piano and dancing for Jesus.  She will be greatly missed and we will remember her forever.  Will love you Cindy Gail.  As her dad would say we love you, Cis!

Under Her Legacy, there is a poem, that Cindy herself wrote, that her dad sent to me.  Please read it.  Thanks!

Her Dad asked me to add "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" for her.  I also added some additional songs.  Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

It's been a long time since I've been here to see your site.  Partly because I can't look at it without crying at some point, and partly because I tend to push away or ignore things that hurt.  It amazes me that it has been 4 years already ...  Continue >>
